La semana pasada se conocieron los nominados para la proxima edición de los premios Grammy, que se celebraran el 12 de Febrero.

En el panorama Country la principal noticia es la inclusión del disco A Sailor’s Guide to Earth de Sturgill Simpson en la categoría reina, junto a Adele, Beyoncé, Drake y Justin Bieber. 

También Maren Morris y Kelsea Ballerini compiten en un una categoría generalista, en este caso Artista Revelación. 

Mientras Hillary Scott & The Scott Family tienen nominación al mejor álbum de música cristiana. El álbum Summertime: Willie Nelson Sings Gershwin está nominado a mejor pop vocal tradicional.
